Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and g9king ("g9king", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the g9king website at https://g9king.asia and all associated services, features, content and functionality made available through the Platform.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated in2026. Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned below throughout this document unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain a g9king Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

Account Registration

When registering for a g9king Account, you must provide complete, accurate and current information as requested in the registration form. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for selecting a secure password and keeping your login credentials confidential. g9king strongly recommends using a unique password not shared with any other platform.

• Do not disclose your username or password to any other person.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Contact g9king support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

g9king will treat any activity conducted through your credentials as authorised by you unless you have notified us of suspected unauthorised access prior to the activity in question. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the g9king Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposit and withdrawal channels may include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and selected banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and Hong Leong, subject to current availability.

Deposits: Funds credited to your Account must originate from a payment method held in your own name. g9king does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum deposit amounts vary by channel and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have passed all applicable KYC verification checks before a withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same method used for the most recent deposit, subject to channel availability and g9king's discretion.
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirement must be met before Cash Balance derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• Estimated processing windows are published as indicative guides only. Actual processing may take longer due to KYC review, payment provider availability or security assessments.
• g9king may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further review.

Cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal channels may be available for eligible accounts. Crypto transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the applicable network. Users accept full responsibility for providing correct wallet addresses.

Bonuses & Promotions

g9king may offer promotional bonuses including welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback, birthday rewards, referal bonuses and other incentives. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must typically be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting winings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are stated in the individual offer terms.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute at a different rate to live casino tables, sports bets or other categories. Consult the specific offer for contribution percentages.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire after a stated period. Uncompleted wagering at expiry may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and derived winings.
• Maximum Withdrawal Caps: Some offers impose a ceiling on the amount of Cash Balance that can be converted from Bonus Funds. Any winings exceeding that cap may not be withdrawable.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time.

Game Rules & Betting

g9king makes available a variety of entertainment categories including online slots, live casino table games, sports betting, live football markets, lottery-style games, arcade titles and crash-style games. Each category and individual game is governed by its own applicable rules, which are considered supplementary to these Terms.

All sporting event and casino game outcomes are determined independently of g9king. For sports markets, settlement follows the rules published at the time the market was listed. g9king is not responsible for real-world errors, postponements, cancellations or result disputes unless a correction falls within the scope of the published settlement rules.

RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot titles are indicative theoretical values computed over a statistically large number of game rounds. No single session, regardless of duration, is guaranteed to produce results consistent with the published RTP. Malaysian players should treat all game sessions as entertainment expenditure.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the g9king Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and referal to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Registering more than one Account or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable registration information.

• Laundering funds through the Platform or conducting transactions inconsistent with legitimate gambling activity.
• Circumventing any responsible gambling restriction, self-exclusion measure or deposit limit active on your Account.

KYC & Verification

g9king operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme to verify the identity, age and payment ownership of account holders. KYC requirements exist to protect users, maintain account integrity and satisfy anti-money-laundering obligations applicable to the Platform's operations.

g9king may request the following documentation at any stage of your Account lifecycle, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, redistribute sell, create derivative works from, publicly perform or commercially exploit any part of the g9king Platform or its content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, g9king, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Interruptions or errors in Platform performance attributable to third-party infrastructure, payment providers or network conditions;
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Gambling losses, which are an inherent and acknowledged risk of participation in any casino or sports betting activity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of law.

Termination

You may close your g9king Account at any time by submitting a written request through the appropriate support channel. Pending withdrawals and any applicable balance review will be processed in accordance with these Terms following your request.

g9king reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering or structuring; provision of false information; or any activity that g9king reasonably considers harmful to the Platform's operations, other users or applicable regulatory standards.

Upon termination for a material breach, g9king may forfeit any Bonus Funds or winings derived from activity that gave rise to the termination, after completing any necessary investigation and balance review.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which g9king operates as stated in its current operating documentation. Users located in Malaysia acknowledge that they are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the legality of participation under applicable Malaysian law.

Any dispute arising between you and g9king that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration body specified in g9king's applicable regulatory framework or, in the absence of such specification, the courts of the jurisdiction applicable to the Platform operator.

Amendments

g9king reserves the right to modify, supplement or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, g9king will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users through an in-platform notification, email or a prominent notice on the website prior to the revised Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the g9king Platform after a revision has been communicated and has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
